Summer vacations are around the corner. The sun is shining, flowers are in bloom, girls put on sexy clothes. At least, that´s what people say, because, we, in Khadgars Rage, are kind of busy.
During the last month, we´ve been reinforcing our roster and were able to focus quite a lot more on those hard modes in Ulduar. Let´s have a look.
So, yeah, we´ve been busy. Freya, Yogg and Algalon are still on our to-do list for this summer, the sun can wait.

First of all, I´d like to once again say we´re sorry with being slow on updates in general. Stormscale has been lagging like hell over the past few weeks again, just like when Naxxramas raiding started so the progress has been somewhat demoralizing and slow. Finally Blizzard decided to work a bit more with the little resources they get from us paying players and kaching, our server seems to be back to little or no lag during the peak hours. And now for the updates, like I said due to the 25man instances lagging a lot, we decided to focus a bit more on finishing all the 10mans on hardmode first, although that didn´t really seem to be a challenge, as it only took a week to get the drake mount as you can see below:
As for the 25man hard modes, we decided to start with the two easiest ones, Thorim and Hodir. Today was our second day on Thorim, and after figuring out the mobility and replacing some bads, we finished it. Shortly after we decided since we still had two days of raiding, we´d give Hodir hardmode a test, to see what sort of setup we should worry about, guess what..... We stacked on all the ranged we had and actually one shot the boss, on hard mode. I´m pretty sure the nerf he recieved is just too sad, should be closer to how it was when it was killed the first time, in our opinion.
Now check this out. We are currently recruiting literally all the classes, ESPECIALLY restoration druids. Our roster has taken a heavy hit due to the lag and summer, so a lot of people have been let go (please look aside from the "member" section on the site as it is very wrong due to me being lazy). So like I said, whatever spec or class you are, if you agree to our recruitment terms, please do not hesitate.

Well, there you have it, I guess we´ll go do some hard modes now and hopefully move to the last guy.
Ulduar is on it´s way, and after a few weeks of testing the PTR, we´ve concluded that there are a few more classes we´d like to add to our roster.
The classes we want the most right now are following:
Restoration Druid(s)
Elemental Shaman
Restoration Shaman
Holy Priest

Other classes are welcome to apply as well obviously. If your application stands out you will without a doubt get a trial.

- Khadgars Rage history
Khadgars Rage goes way back to the very dawn of World of Warcraft. It was one of the very first guilds to raid 40man content in WoW-vanilla and secured it´s spot amongst top 10 PvE guilds before The Burning Crusade. The guild, like many others at the time, has had it´s share of changes and experiences as ultimatley led to our very own demise. KR died as the first expansion hit the market and the members scattered all around the servers. Many of us felt bad about the fact that the former glory of our achievements had died and were left to rot, so a month before the summer this year, a couple of us old members decided to revive the guild and give it new life. The revival was a success and it brought many new faces with amazing kaliber. We recently moved to Stormscale as we felt there was nothing left to experience on Magtheridon as it was already a dead server, and there was nothing more to see in Sunwell(No, we did not kill Kil´Jaeden, but nobody felt like there was a need to) either, so instead of trying to recruit and bother leading on a dead server, we decided to move here. We intend to try to restore our former glory or come as close as we can to be a successful guild in the future and we want you to be a part of the new roster. If you want to raid hardcore or experience PvE-endgame content in Wrath of the Lich King as fast as possible then what are you waiting for ?
